Fixed-term paid tracking
Module terms are tracked as 1, 3, or 12 month records. Paid access is time-based and falls back to Base when a term expires.
Request state
Pending, approved, and denied requests
Until payment rails are finalized, timed terms move through a request and approval flow. This keeps free users and paid users separate while still letting us operate.

This is the first notification layer for the platform. It gives users a visible record of request receipts, approvals, denials, and access changes before email delivery is wired in.
